Simple and easy to make. Purchase a fresh cut of cold water ocean fish such as, Sockeye salmon or Alaskan salmon. Turn on the broiler, and mince garlic or run garlic through a garlic press allowing the juices to drizzle over the salmon. Spread the pulp of the pressed garlic over the top of the salmon.  Spread thinly sliced onions over top of the fish and lightly drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top. Place fish in the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until fish is tender and flaky. Voila!!!
